They found Ty’s diary under his bed.

They didn’t find his passport or any clue about where he’d taken their millions. 

They did find a shoe box. Ty had scrawled Suggestions on top. Inside the box they found this note—

To the Board:
Corporate accounts merit stronger passwords.
