The first food cart sells tacos and rents motor scooters. The tacos taste fine if a bit oily. I don’t sample the scooters.

The second cart, a few blocks away, sells tamales and single shots of cologne. Unable to resist, I treat my taste buds to spicy pork and corn and walk away smelling of Dior’s Ambre Nuit.
